Seeking Permanent Part‑Time Registered Nurse
Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience and current AHPRA registration, seeking a permanent part‑time role that offers genuine opportunities for growth and development?This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured routine, values building meaningful connections with consumers, and thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Key responsibilities include:- Assisting the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning, and leadership of the care team
- Leading and supporting new consumer admissions and care planning processes
- Communicating effectively with families, allied health professionals, and other care partners
- Fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff
- Actively participating in quality improvement and risk management activities
About You- AHPRA Registration as RN with experience in aged care or subacute care
- Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
- Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
- Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
