About the Role:In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional cleaning services at our residential facility in Glynde on a permanent part time basis, Monday to Friday. You will play a key role in upholding a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility, ensuring that all areas remain hygienic, safe, and welcoming for our residents. This includes cleaning common areas, private rooms, bathrooms, and other spaces as needed. Your ability to be flexible and adaptable will be essential, as tasks may vary, and specific requests may arise based on the needs of the residents. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment, ultimately contributing to the well-being of our clients and ensuring their living spaces meet the highest standards of quality and care. About You:Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. It is essential to prioritise confidentiality and demonstrate a strong dedication to safety protocols and their enforcement. The ideal candidate should possess a solid experience in commercial style and proficient cleaning skills and the flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of clients. Knowledge of chemicals, their proper usage, and understanding of SDS and chemical safety are required. Applicants should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Following processes and instructions closely is crucial. All candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical assessment. Additionally, a current NDIS Worker Check is required. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
