About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Marketing and Communications who is ready to own the execution of high-impact strategies. You will lead a small, highly capable team, translating strategic vision into tangible, real-world results. This is your opportunity to drive results and define excellence in our market presence.

This role is the guardian of our brand, responsible for cohesive, timely, and best-practice communication across LHG. Working closely with the General Manager, you will drive initiatives that significantly strengthen our brand, reputation, and market presence, ensuring every activity is aligned with our goals and values. If you thrive on translating strategy into tangible outcomes and are ready to lead and innovate, this is your chance.

Here’s where you'll be making your mark:

  • Work closely with the General Manager to take high-level strategy and meticulously lead the execution of annual marketing plans, ensuring they deliver on organisational goals
  • Design and orchestrate fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns that boost brand visibility and engagement
  • Be the central hub for all internal and external communications, personally approving high-impact content to guarantee quality, consistency, and absolute alignment with our values and brand tone
  • Craft high-level, impactful narratives for major organisational updates and strategic projects, driving transparency and stakeholder engagement
  • Shape our future by contributing to the development of organisational communications frameworks and governance, setting the standards for messaging and approvals
  • Draft compelling briefings for media coverage on specific topics, enabling timely and highly effective responses to press inquiries

About You

  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and absolute attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone to diverse audiences while upholding brand values
  • Experience in stakeholder communications and developing plans to support change and high-impact announcements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and HubSpot
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations will be highly regarded

If you thrive on translating strategic direction into practical outcomes, are passionate about driving measurable engagement, and are committed to always seeking a better way, this is your chance to lead, innovate, and make a genuine difference every single day.
