We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team in a key role reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence. About the roleAs the System Product Owner, you will take ownership of LHG’s care management platform eCase, ensuring the system operates effectively, reliably and supports high-quality business and care outcomes across the organisation. Working within the Business Intelligence team, you will play a central role in managing end-to-end system performance, with a strong focus on data integrity, workflow optimisation, user access, reporting enablement and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both operational support and broader system improvement. You will work closely with the BI team, project team members, operational stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, improve user experience, support testing and help shape future system and data architecture. A key part of the role will be understanding how data flows from source systems through to reporting, particularly within eCase, and helping ensure those processes are robust, accurate and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities: - Act as system owner for the care management platform eCase
- Provide day-to-day system administration, support and triage of system-related enquiries
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex matters where required
- Manage user access, permissions and security settings to support appropriate system controls
- Lead testing of product releases, changes and enhancements
- Identify, investigate and resolve data integrity issues, and support accurate reporting across integrated systems
- Work with solution architects, business intelligence and operational teams to improve integrations, workflows and reporting outcomes
- Contribute to system improvements, change initiatives and process enhancements that improve efficiency, usability and staff experience
About You - Experience in a product ownership, systems administration or digital operations role
- Experience working with eCase or similar care management system
- Understanding of data integrity, system workflows and how data flows through to reporting
- Strong capability in system support, troubleshooting, testing and process improvement
- Experience in aged care, healthcare or a similar service-based environment will be highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors, project teams and operational leaders
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A collaborative, adaptable and team-first approach, with a willingness to be hands-on in a growing environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline is essential
