About the RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fullarton providing exceptional care and support to the residents. Key responsibilities include: - Assist the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, planning, and leadership of the care team
- Lead and support new consumer admissions and care planning
- Communicate with families, allied health and other care partners
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff
- Actively engage in quality and risk management activities
About You- AHPRA Registration as RN with experience in aged care or subacute care
- Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
- Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
- Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
