About the RoleAre you an experienced Executive Assistant with 2 to 3 years of demonstrated success supporting senior leaders? We’re looking for a motivated and professional Executive Support Officer to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role, providing high-level support to our leadership team and contributing to the delivery of our organisation’s strategic priorities. You'll also play an important part in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture where collaboration and initiative are valued. Your responsibilities will include: - Executive Assistance: Provide seamless support to the Executive Manager/s and manage calendars.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Correspondence Management: Draft and manage emails, reports, and documents.
- Board & Reporting: Prepare accurate board papers, presentations, and reports.
- Travel & Logistics: Organise travel arrangements for business activities.
