About the Role:Are you a driven and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst with a passion for optimising systems and processes? We’re looking for a proactive and solutions focused professional to support our Digital Uplift Project. In this full-time, 12-month fixed-term role, you’ll play a key part in aligning business processes with upgraded digital systems to enhance operational efficiency, client experience, and data quality. Working cross-functionally, you’ll collaborate with ICT, project teams, and business units to evaluate current processes, design future state workflows, and support implementation across departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation and help future-proof service delivery through innovation and process excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyse and map current business processes to identify improvements and design future workflows.
- Collaborate with ICT, vendors, and stakeholders to align processes with digital systems and ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and report on process performance, maintaining documentation and supporting data-driven decisions.
About You:You are a proactive and analytical professional with experience in business process analysis or a related field. With a degree in business, IT, finance, or a similar discipline, you have a strong track record of identifying process improvements and delivering practical, data-driven solutions. You’re skilled in analysing workflows, managing projects, and working across functions to embed change. Your strengths include excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Organised and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive continuous improvement.
