About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an Executive Support Officer to join our growing and dynamic team. If you're an experienced professional with a background in providing executive assistance we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team, helping to drive our organisation’s strategic priorities while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executive Assistance: Provide seamless support to the Executive Manager/s and manage calendars.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Correspondence Management: Draft and manage emails, reports, and documents.
  • Board & Reporting: Prepare accurate board papers, presentations, and reports.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organise travel arrangements for business activities.

About You

You are an adaptable, proactive professional with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You handle sensitive information with confidentiality, communicate effectively, and thrive in both independent and team settings, delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments. With advanced Microsoft Office skills and executive support experience you can manage multiple priorities, prepare reports and board papers, and adapt to changing demands while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
