Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role that fundamentally shapes the lives of older Australians? We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven Regional Manager – Retirement Living in South Australia. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic vision with hands-on operational oversight as you lead a dedicated team of Village Managers. You'll be the crucial link between our executive leadership and our local villages, resolving complex challenges, championing change, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and high resident satisfaction.
High-Impact Responsibilities Include:
- Values-Based Leadership: Empower and mentor Village Managers with values-based leadership, fostering confident, resident-focused decision-making to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all sites.
- Operational & Strategic Oversight: Act as the first escalation point for all operational issues and major resident concerns, ensuring villages operate safely, ethically, and in full compliance. You'll also lead the regional implementation of strategic projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Commercial Acumen: Drive financial success by monitoring sales and occupancy performance, supporting local marketing strategies, and ensuring fiscal accountability across all villages.
- Resident Advocacy & Partnership: Build visible, trusted relationships with residents by attending Committee Meetings and village events, promoting transparency, open dialogue, and strong community partnerships.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Dive into resident demographics and operational data, translating insights into tangible recommendations to enhance service offerings and elevate resident satisfaction for the General Manager.

About You
You are a strategic leader with deep experience overseeing complex multi-site operations in environments like retirement living, aged care, health, hospitality, or community services. In addition you’ll have; - You excel at managing operational budgets and driving robust performance, always balancing commercial goals with a genuine commitment to a culture of quality and care.
- Your interpersonal skills are outstanding, allowing you to effortlessly build rapport and trust—the foundation for strong relationships with residents, dedicated teams, and external stakeholders.
- You approach your role with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to implement improvements and elevate the standard of service.
- You bring essential working knowledge of retirement living legislation, compliance frameworks, and best-practice principles for resident engagement.
