About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? Do you enjoy bringing joy, connection, and purpose to others through meaningful activities? We’re currently seeking a permanent Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our growing residential care community. In this rewarding role, You will help deliver engaging, resident-led programs that support wellbeing, foster connection, and promote overall health. From creative arts to social events and gentle exercise, you will help create a vibrant, inclusive environment where residents feel valued and empowered to live each day with purpose.

 

About You                        

You’re an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative individual who’s passionate about helping people live their best lives. You naturally connect with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and linguistic backgrounds, and you are committed to supporting residents in maintaining their independence and enhancing their overall wellbeing. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working collaboratively to make a positive impact every day. The successful applicant will hold Certificate 4 in Leisure and Health, Ageing and Support, Community Services, Disability Services, Allied Health, Fitness or a related field.

 

Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
