Here’s where you'll be making your mark:

  • Lead and develop a team of Management Accountants to deliver high-quality financial services.
  • Oversee month-end processes, including journal and accrual entries.
  • Manage annual budget preparation and review processes in line with policies.
  • Prepare accurate monthly management reports and develop ad hoc financial reports for executives.
  • Ensure compliance with LHG’s financial policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, implementing corrective measures.
  • Support Finance Business Partners with insights to monitor budgets and recommend actions.
  • Contribute to compliance reporting, including Quarterly Financial Reports and Aged Care Financial Reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for budgeting systems, tools, and processes.

If you’re passionate about leadership, collaboration, and making a real difference in aged care and health services, this role offers the perfect platform to grow your career and create lasting impact.
