About the role:In this role, you may be asked to support both our catering/kitchen and cleaning departments within our Residential Care facility. You will be supervised by the Hotel Services Manager ensuring that you maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and food service delivery. Some of the key duties include assisting in waste removal, stock rotation, dishwashing, maintaining clean work areas, food preparation, serving of resident’s food and the use of commercial cleaning equipment. Availability across morning and afternoon over a 7-day roster is essential. About You:The successful candidate will take pride in their work, actively participate as a team, contribute to the coordination and cleanliness of the kitchen, stock room and surrounds. Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
