About the Role

Seeking Permanent Part‑Time Registered Nurse

Are you a Registered Nurse with at least
12 months’ experience and current AHPRA registration, seeking a permanent part‑time role that offers genuine opportunities for growth and development? We are currently seeking a nurse who is available to work fixed night shifts on Monday and Tuesday from 10:30pm to 7:15am, every week.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured routine, values building meaningful connections with consumers, and thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Your passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life will enable you to deliver respectful, professional care while guiding and supporting the care team to provide services that are safe, effective, and tailored to each resident’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning, and leadership of the care team
  • Leading and supporting new consumer admissions and care planning processes
  • Communicating effectively with families, allied health professionals, and other care partners
  • Fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff
  • Actively participating in quality improvement and risk management activities

About You

  • AHPRA Registration as RN with experience in aged care or subacute care
  • Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
  • Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
  • Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
