Your Pay and Benefits at a Glance - Competitive rate between $44.11 - $57.78 hourly dependent on experience plus superannuation + Night duty allowance

About the Role Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months' experience and current AHPRA registration, looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of older people? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment, values building meaningful relationships with residents, and is adaptable to a variety of shifts and care needs. Your passion for person-centred care will enable you to deliver professional, respectful, and high-quality nursing services while supporting the care team to provide safe, effective care that aligns with each resident's individual needs, goals, and preferences. Key Responsibilities - Assisting the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning, and leadership of the care team
- Leading and supporting new consumer admissions and care planning processes
- Communicating effectively with families, allied health professionals, and other care partners
- Fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff
- Actively participating in quality improvement and risk management activities
What You Will Need - AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
- Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
- Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times
- Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Candidates must hold a current National Police Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
