About the Role

Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ full-time experience and current AHPRA registration? Looking for a role that offers genuine growth, development, and the chance to make a real difference? We’re excited to welcome passionate RNs to our Horsham team, where you’ll provide exceptional care and support to our wonderful residents.

 

In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a caring team to deliver respectful, personalised care tailored to each resident’s needs and goals.   • Provide top level care to enhance residents’ quality of life and health by collaborating with key partners and ensuring strong clinical governance.
  • Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities.
  • Support and guide the care team to create a cooperative, excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth.
  • Actively participate in quality and risk management to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements.

About You

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to residents. Your role will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively respond to emergencies. Additionally, experience in a clinical leadership role, acute care and strong organisational abilities are highly preferred. If you have proven ability to contribute to and work as part of our team, as well as operate independently, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate requiring current National Police Clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
